  • If you must be dismissed from school at any point in the day it must be approved by the house administration.  They must sign your yellow slip and you must bring your yellow slip to practice.

2. You are expected to be at practice by 3:00.  The means your shoes tied, hair done, and ready to run.

  • If you need to see the trainers before practice go to the training room ASAP after school.  You are still expected to be at practice by 3:00!!!!
  • The only excuse for being late to practice is if you stay after with a teacher.  You must bring to practice a signed note from the teacher.

3. At practice you are expected to give 110%
