Here's some more info about our coaches:
Heidi Wiemokly, Varsity Coach
Heidi attended ARHS and graduated in 1997. She started playing lacrosse in 9th grade, but it was not a Varsity sport until her junior year in 1995. During her junior and senior years Heidi was a tri-captain of the team. After high school she attended Umass for two years, and then transfered to Western New England College (WNEC.) There she earned a bachelors degree in marketing. At WNEC she played lacrosse for the two years that she was there. She played both 2nd home and left attack wing.
Heidi's most memorable lax experience, Spring of '01: "I took a crosse to the head when penetrating the 8 meter; it knocked me to the ground, gave me a good concusion and a few stiches. It is the only time that I ever was injured during competition so I think that why it is my most memorable experience."

Remy Bacaicoa, Junior Varsity Coach
Remy graduated from ARHS in 2001. She played on the lacrosse team as a goalie. Last year, she helped to coach the women's lacrosse team at West Springfield. This is her first year as JV coach at ARHS.
